獎助學金&實習機會
自2013年起，交大-台積電聯合研發中心每年遴選優秀學生並給予獎助學金，特優的博士生及碩士生每月可分別獲得30000元與10000元的全額獎助，其他獲獎的優秀博士生及碩士生每月亦分別有15000元與6000元的獎助金。張翼實驗室一共有2名博士生、5名碩士生及1名大學專題生獲獎。
此外，自2007年起，部分企業提供暑期實習的機會，張翼實驗室有超過20名碩士生到台積電及台灣應材實習，除了可以進一步世界一流公司的前瞻技術外，更對日後求職或是找尋研發替代役有所幫助。

Scholarship & Internship
From 2013, NCTU-TSMC research center select outstanding students and grant them scholarships. Exceptional PHD and master students get the scholarships of 30000 NTD/Month and 10000 NTD/Month, respectively. Other outstanding PHD and master students get the scholarship of 15000 NTD/Month and 6000 NTD/Month, respectively. There were 2 PHD students, 5 master students and 1 undergraduate intern student from CSDLAB got the scholarships.
Besides, some companies offer opportunities of summer intern from 2007. More than 20 students from CSDLAB join TSMC or AMAT for summer intern. They can not only understand the advanced Technologies but also be of benefit for career life of the future.
